You will drive and coordinate cross-location Operational Excellence projects across our production network. You will take an active role in delivering Lean expertise by facilitating workshops and conducting Lean Management trainings. Your key responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining OPEx and APEx reporting systems to ensure transparency, consistency and actionable insights as well as driving OPEx standards, governance and KPIs across the production network to achieve sustainable performance improvements
Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, including resource planning, prioritization and stakeholder management
Developing and implementing knowledge transfer strategies across the production network
Documenting and analyzing project outcomes to foster continuous improvement and organizational learning
Monitoring and controlling projects, including cost tracking, benefit realization and financial transparency
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Facility Management or a comparable qualification, with several years of experience in production and project management
Strong expertise in Lean Management and a continuous improvement mindset as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional experts and deliver effective training programs in Operational Excellence
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead and inspire interdisciplinary teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with project management tools (SAP-knowledge required)
Willingness to travel internationally and fluency in English

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30 gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
