Job Description

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

Location: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while traveling up to 50% to project sites, where you’ll collaborate with teams, stay connected to the work, and see your contributions come to life.

At Boldt, you’ll do more than deliver complex projects—you’ll build trusted relationships, lead exceptional teams, and create an impact that lasts.

As a Project Executive – Heavy Industrial, you’ll step into a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape some of the country’s most complex and high-profile industrial projects. From early pursuit conversations through successful completion, you’ll guide strategy, build client confidence, and bring together owners, engineers, trade partners, and Boldt teams around a shared vision for success.

You’ll have the influence and resources to solve challenging problems, strengthen project certainty, and develop high-performing teams while mentoring the next generation of construction leaders. By applying Integrated Lean Project Delivery and the Boldt Production System (BPS), you’ll help deliver predictable outcomes, deepen client partnerships, and leave projects, teams, and communities better than you found them. If you’re energized by meaningful relationships, complex work, and the opportunity to lead at an enterprise level, this could be the career-defining next step you’ve been looking for.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
