STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Project Executive – EPD & NPD

Huddersfield |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent

Step into a role where no two days are the same. As our Project Executive, you’ll be at the heart of critical projects and programmes across the business — driving progress, bringing structure to complexity, and championing collaboration at every turn.

You’ll roll up your sleeves to coordinate and execute projects across the full lifecycle, from kick-off to delivery, with the chance to shape high-impact strategic initiatives including New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and major UK-wide business improvements. If you’re a driven, detail-focused project professional who thrives on change and wants real influence, this is where you’ll make your mark.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Help set up and embed robust project and programme management practices, from defining scope to maintaining clear, end-to-end plans.
• Coordinate and attend project review meetings, tracking milestones, surfacing issues early and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Own the accuracy of key project systems and documentation — from trackers and global PM tools to Gate docs, SKU creation and change control.
• Manage changes to deliverables and timelines, ensuring updates are controlled, visible and well-communicated across stakeholders.
• Champion agile, entrepreneurial ways of working, building strong relationships, energising teams and celebrating wins.
• Support the resolution of project issues and conflicts with tact and clarity and drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in project coordination or support, ideally across multi-disciplinary FMCG projects (Rx, OTC or health & beauty a real plus).
• Emerging leader with a collaborative style, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and supporting teams through change.
• Growing commercial acumen and cross-functional understanding of EPD & NPD delivery, including working with third-party suppliers.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
• Highly organised, proactive and flexible, able to juggle priorities and adapt quickly when plans shift.
• Energetic, motivated problem-solver who stays curious, composed, professional and decisive when faced with ambiguity and challenge.
