The Project Executive is responsible for the successful performance of multiple projects, project teams, and client relationships across W.E. O'Neil's Pleasanton-area commercial portfolio — spanning office, retail, higher education, aviation, and other commercial project types. This is a senior operational leadership role: providing oversight and guidance to Project Directors and project teams, shaping business performance and strategy, and playing a direct role in major client pursuits.
This position reports to the Vice President of Operations or other assigned supervisor, and works closely with clients, consultants, trade partners, project teams, and company leadership to drive both operational and business outcomes.
