OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent manages client facing operations personnel and project teams executing a portfolio of larger and more substantial Capital projects which are generally and by design very complex MEP infrastructure projects primarily performed for strategic “top accounts" in branch locations where team continuity and consistency is crucial to maintain and further enhance the branch’s key relationships. These high value projects are typically complex and performed in or around adjacent “mission critical” system environments which are essential to customer operations and therefore require highly specialized and technical execution planning, quality control and customer communication skills.
Base salary range of $200K - $220K
