About the client

Our client is a leading IT consultant and software vendor for Financial industry.

• Manage and monitor the company's project portfolio
• Create project priorities and resource optimization
• Develop project management standards and templates
• Ensuring consistency in the implementation of the PM methodology
• Monitor progress and create reports for management
• Analysis of project metrics and KPIs
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Coordination with stakeholders and executives
• Facilitation of meetings and communication of project status
• Implementation of process improvement and best practices
• Training dan mentoring project managers

Requirements

• S1 Informatics Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience as a project management office
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Using PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Master the PM (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) methodology
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Risk management dan quality assurance
• Good communication (oral and written)
• Problem solving skills
• PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master Certification (value-added)
