Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams to ensure the successful execution of K-12, healthcare, higher education, and municipal projects.
• Mentor and manage project teams, emphasizing training, development, and leadership growth.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of project financials, including cash flow reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 15+ years of construction industry experience, with most of it spent in project management.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing project teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
