Project Planning & Execution Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Stakeholder Management Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Technical Oversight Provide guidance on installation, integration, and commissioning of BESS components (battery modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, EMS).
Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve execution challenges proactively.
Budget & Cost Control Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to industry standards (IEC, IEEE, UL) and regulatory requirements for energy storage projects.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and present updates to senior leadership.
Team Leadership Mentor and manage project engineers, site managers, and contractors to achieve execution excellence.
Experience Minimum 10 years in project execution, with at least 5 years in renewable energy or BESS projects.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
