Purpose

• As Project Execution Excellence Manager, you define the department strategy and structure department activities in line with the Company objective of becoming a Learning Organization.

Responsibilities

• People Management:
• You understand Company requirements and appropriately assign tasks to team members
• You ensure that department employees have the right (level of) competencies to enable both current and future business priorities and needs.
• You provide direction and guidance to your functional leadership team and community.
• Methods & tools:
• You ensure alignment of Project Management Office processes and tools with Project Execution Directorate and Group functions to deliver appropriate solutions to the Business.
• You plan activities to meet strategic objectives, for endorsement and implementation
• Interface with GRS:
• You ensure cascading, sharing across Projects on Incidents, Key Learnings, good practices and new ways of working.
• You organize and lead the Performance Improvement Committee and Excellence Ambassador community meeting.
• You create synergies with the Business and other Group functions to build and deploy a coordinated approach.
• Continuous Improvement:
• You manage assigned improvement initiatives related to performance incidents investigations, Cold Eye Reviews, performance analysis and Learning from Performance. 

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Extensive experience in project management or leading a department within a complex, large-scale projects environment with a focus on strategy and excellence in execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in aligning processes and tools across multiple business functions, with an emphasis on continuous learning and performance improvement.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and coordination, especially with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
