Join our engineering team in Yantai and play a key role in delivering impactful capital projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will oversee project execution and ensure safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, contractors, and technical partners to drive construction and commissioning excellence. Your key responsibilities

• Ensure full project execution covering health, environment protection, safety, well-being, constructability, construction planning, cost and progress control, and quality assurance and inspection
• Coordinate closely with design institutes and suppliers, and actively participate in engineering design review and optimization
• Drive construction and commissioning strategy, including shutdown and on-site interface management across project phases
• Prepare and control construction management plans, mobilizing resources, people, and facilities effectively to support project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including job safety analysis and work permit systems, and implement construction safety plans
• Manage contracts, local stakeholder relationships, change orders, and project closeout while contributing to plant design, optimization, and continuous improvement

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in construction, project management, or related roles
• Solid understanding of safety, health, and environment practices in projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple projects
• Analytical thinking and ability to handle complex project situations
• Good written English and communication skills
