This position will serve as the Manassas, VA Production Operations Program Perforamnce lead and will also support the day to day operations of the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) Market Segment. Responsibilities include manufacturing project management, material management, and planning. In this role you will partner closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Sustainment, Engineering, and Programs, to identify and mitigate risk, improve performance, and ensure successful program execution across the business. This position will report directly to the Manassas Production Operations Sr. Manager. The Project Engineering manager will lead both the Production Control and Manufacturing Program Manager departments with a workforce of approximately 26 employees and be responsible for the overall execution of Production Program Performance at the site.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Lean Manufacturing training/certifications
• 7+ years of experience in Operations, including leading production lines and/or factoriesManufacturing project, overhead and financial management
• Capture/proposal experience
• Demonstrated ability to attract, motivate and retain a high-performing team
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
• Experience effectively working with all levels of cross-functional leadership

Desired Skills

• MS and/or MBA
• CAM Certification
• Undersea or Command & Control technology background
• Cultural change experience
• Navy customer experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
