What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, leading cross-functional design teams to deliver high-speed SerDes PHY IP solutions.
• Driving and directing engineering teams in both strategic and tactical dimensions, including defining IP product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
• Identifying and securing the necessary resources to ensure timely project deliverables, proactively escalating issues to maintain project momentum.
• Overseeing risk management and change control processes from project conception through to customer delivery.
• Defining, promoting, implementing, and continuously improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and best practices.
• Engaging in pre- and post-sales support activities, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
• Providing regular status updates to management and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in integrated circuit design, ASIC development, or project engineering management.
• Comprehensive understanding of mixed-signal and digital design principles, with hands-on experience in IC design and verification.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams and successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within scope.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and change management in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
• Strong communication skills, with experience providing updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
