7+ years of working experience as project engineer from food manufacturing especially in end of production line (automate packing)

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Understanding the Scope of Projects: required to thoroughly comprehend the project requirements and objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.
  • Writing Basic User Requirement Specifications: responsible for drafting user requirement specifications (URS) that outline the necessary features and functionalities of the project, ensuring alignment with hygienic design principles.
  • Supplier Consultation and Analysis: required to consult with 2-3 suppliers, analyze their offers, and make suggestions based on your evaluation of their capabilities, quality, and pricing.
  • Supplier Selection: Based on analysis, recommend the most suitable supplier(s) for the project, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability.
  • Contractor and Factory Activities Organization: responsible for coordinating and organizing contractors and factory activities, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Installation Follow-up: monitor the installation process, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic would be prefer)
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer/ Project Manager is a plus, preferably in the field of small capex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hygienic design principles and their application in project execution.
  • Ability to independently comprehend project scopes and write basic user requirement specifications.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier offers and make informed recommendations.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
