Job Description

  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams across large EPC projects
  • Own engineering scope from design through commissioning and handover
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, technical specs, and contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, to drive execution
  • Implement engineering strategies, quality plans, and cost controls
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation quality
  • Oversee technical risk management, issue resolution, and change control
  • Report to the Project Director and align engineering with commercial goals

Qualifications

  • Extensive technical expertise in plant construction and industrial engineering
  • Passionate about engineering and able to inspire and drive technical teams
  • Effective communication skills that can adapt to various stakeholders
  • Can manage contracts while maintaining good commercial and legal awareness
  • Technical management of persons with different tasks within the Project
  • Strong and multidisciplinary technical expertise
  • Good knowledge of processes and products
  • Able to mediate and resolve conflicts
  • Based on experience, can identify, adapt (according to the relevant circumstances) and execute the possible solution
