Moog is looking for a Project Engineering Manager in our Space & Defense Group to lead a team of approximately 3 engineers who specialize in requirements management, system performance modeling, and item analysis tasks across multiple concurrent development programs.
Reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager, you will work on-site in East Aurora, NY. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for design and development of hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, servo-mechanism, and electro-pneumatic components and systems that will be used to test the products of Moog, Inc.
In this role, you will provide engineering leadership, project leadership, and participate in the development of project engineering processes for your team. You will provide and assign the appropriate engineering resources on projects, manage the performance of your direct reports, maintain and improve engineering processes, and ensure project milestones are met. You will also spend half of your time contributing directly to the projects in which your team participates.

Buffalo, NY $105,000.00–$140,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
