• College graduates with 3-6 years of sales experience (you will train under a Sr. PM for several years, so must be OK with a modest base salary until you are on your own.)

• Thick-skinned go-getters who can manage long sales cycles, handle high-pressure situations, and build relationships with general contractors.
• People with experience in construction, industrial sectors, or working on large-scale projects are a perfect fit.
