We are looking for a new team member to our Research and Advanced Engineering team in Finland to coordinate research funding programs but also to contribute within novel technology research to enable green transition of agricultural machinery.

Your Impact

  • You will be part of our Research & Advanced Engineering team working on future powertrain solutions.

  • Coordinate and prepare funding applications and handle project reporting to funding institutes.

  • Support to coordinate our research project portfolio internally based on company project management tool/process.

  • Main user for our internal idea management tool to support internal innovation process.

  • Based on your technical background we may additionally agree a relative supporting role for our project execution.

  • Supporting to prepare communication materials from research projects for internal and external purposes.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Preferably a master degree on some relevant area of technology, B.Sc can be considered as well.

  • Understanding public funding programs and reporting principles or willingness to grow for this role.

  • Technical skills can be from various areas, electrical engineering, SW & controls, data & analytics, hydraulics, simulation/MBSE, etc.

  • Experience with legislative texts is bonus.

  • Accurate and responsible working attitude needed to handle funding topics with confidential information.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluent spoken/written English and preferably first language Finnish.
