Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Engineer
- Quality to join their team.As a Project Engineer - Quality you will be responsible for driving strategic and short-term projects to improve customer-experienced quality and overall plant performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, train associates on quality systems, and collaborate with suppliers and product development teams to deliver exceptional quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute projects to enhance unit failure rate, warranty costs, yield, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Serve as the primary quality representative for new product development, ensuring manufacturability, process capability, and inspection and test requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve emerging field issues through effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Implement cost savings initiatives and track their success.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Transition inspection processes to paperless reporting.
• Develop reports, make data-driven recommendations, and initiate corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Companies industry.
• Serve as a quality representative for new product development and continuous product improvement activities.
• Contribute to the plant's ISO certification through internal audits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of quality experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodology training (desired).
• Power App/Power BI development skills (desired).
• Project and/or program management experience (desired).
