How you will contribute

Job Ensures successful technical implementation of PSM1 (Fire Hazard) projects in the plants and lines of the Cluster /Region where he/she operates within MEU Cross Category. He/She has responsibility for technical solution development, design alignment with GRC, design lock, OEM relationships and project execution (dismantling, installation, startup and handover to Plant Team) in close cooperation with plant Engineering within best timelines and budget, in line with Mondelez Engineering standards and best practices and PSM (Process Safety Management).

PSM1 scope:

  • Responsible for delivering the PSM1 (Fire safety ) on the plants assigned to you.
  • Provide timely updates to senior stakeholders in the Region.
  • Develop installation approach to minimize or fully avoid operation interruption of production lines or entire Manufacturing Facility during execution stage.
  • Use external resources/suppliers as need to meet deadlines for PSM compliance.
  • Work across the MSC network to ensure PSM projects are planned in accordance with production constraints, supplier lead times and cash flow targets.
  • Working closely with plant teams to be sure project are delivered on time, budget and standards and following defined priorities.
  • Leverage procurement scale contributing to standardize solutions, define preferred vendor supplier and rollout solution at various locations.
  • Is responsible for collecting and sharing best practices, lesson learned and continuously improving the technical solutions to be implemented.
  • Timely escalates risks associated with the project implementation.

Additionally, as a plus to have

  • Thorough knowledge of combustible Fire safety principles
  • Knowing about Fire risk assessments (Mondelez PSM1 standard; NFPA.)
  • Knowing of GRC (Global Risk Consultant) Fire Risk Assessment in MEU Sites
  • People/contractor management experience would be preferable.
  • Technical specifications preparation skill as a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to travel within MEU (~50 % of the time
  • Knowledge
  • University education (Bachelor’s degree) / University education (Master’s degree) with technical background, preferably in Utilities, Civil Engineering, Firefighting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management on Customer side.
  • Proven track record of projects in the FMCG industry timely completion with comparable scope according to safety requirements presenting high contractor management level.
  • English level – technical upper intermediate spoken and written.
  • Knowledge in RFI to RFQ bidding process.
  • Understanding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), people and food safety principles is a preference
