Job Description

• Manage and coordinate Pressure Vessel fabrication projects to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, engineering requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Optimize project execution by effectively managing resources, materials, and fabrication activities.
• Review project specifications, client drawings, and engineering documents prior to fabrication.
• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO), fabrication sequences, and project execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, and logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor fabrication progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Review IFC drawings and shop drawings before release to Production.
• Support project planning by preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to support fabrication activities.
• Identify and resolve project-related technical and execution issues in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client specifications, quality requirements, and budget targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in Pressure Vessel fabrication, EPC, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Good understanding of Pressure Vessel fabrication processes, engineering drawings, MTO preparation, and project execution.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, client specifications, and fabrication documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment.
• Experience with ASME codes and Pressure Vessel fabrication will be an advantage.
