Your Mission

You will provide on‑site operational support to the Engineering Project Manager during the implementation of the AMASIS project in Turkey.

Reporting to a Project Manager in the Group Engineering Department, your main responsibilities will include:

• Producing technical documents (drafting technical specifications and terms of reference),
• Checking that suppliers’ tenders comply technically with the terms of reference or specifications,
• Reviewing plans and documents issued by subcontractors and verifying their compliance with process plans (PFDs, PIDs),
• Monitoring contractors on site (technical, equipment, personnel, health and safety, and scheduling aspects) in accordance with the specifications (quality, costs and deadlines),
• Analyse deviations and report findings,
• Attend handover procedures for works and equipment,
• Participate in the commissioning of installations alongside suppliers and production teams,
• Update the project’s technical file (supplier documentation, as-built plans, etc.)

Qualifications

👀 Who we’re looking for :

• Graduated from an engineering school, Arts & Métiers or equivalent
• You have gained some initial experience in a design office, project management or industrial site supervision.

Skills:

• Your skills and technical sensitivity enable you to be a true hands-on engineer.
• Solid knowledge of industrial plant and equipment, ideally in the food and drink sector.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment on projects requiring autonomy, initiative and team spirit.
• Your ability to listen and your sense of responsibility enable you to ensure a project runs smoothly.
• Fluency in English is essential, fluency in Turkish is a plus.
