What you’ll do
As our Project Engineer, you’ll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects. We'll also count on you to:

  • Develop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
  • Manage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
  • Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
  • Prepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.

What it takes
Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. Ideally, you’ll also:

  • Have a proven track record of successful project design and management.
  • Be a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
  • Speak and write well.
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Be a team player and excel at mentoring others.
  • Have a passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for our clients.
