Saltire Infrastructure is a growing civil and engineering contractor delivering water and wastewater projects across Western Australia.
We combine engineering, construction and specialist capability to deliver complex works, including on live water networks where continuity of supply matters.
Saltire is a place where people genuinely enjoy working together — a team built on trust, openness and accountability. We back each other, stay curious, and focus on delivering quality outcomes. Straight‑talking, practical and supportive is how we work.
Innovate. Deliver. Excel.
We’re looking for a Project Engineer who wants to get stuck into real work across Western Australia — from metro jobs to regional projects that keep your skills sharp. You’ll stay busy with a steady pipeline of varied scopes, have room to take ownership, be innovative, and work flexibly across rosters like 10/4 or 2/1. If you’re energetic, keen to learn and ready to step up, this role gives you the platform to progress quickly.
This is a hands‑on delivery role. You’ll take ownership of key project scopes from planning through to closeout. You’re expected to resolve issues early, keep delivery moving and run scopes with limited input from a Project Manager.
If you’re an experienced Project Engineer who enjoys taking ownership and driving delivery, we’d like to hear from you.
