Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project scheduling preparation
Pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
Interpretation of design / shop / working drawings
Ensure site works installation are accordingly to project plans / designs / time frame
Daily operations of site works activities and organization of trade cons
Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built / installed correctly
Ensure site EHS compliances at work place
Weekly project status reports / photos
Reporting site works progress status to Project Manager
Inspect / verified materials deliveries on site
Maintain punch list with Main-Con/Consultant/Client
Requirements
Nitec /Diploma in Building Services or M&E Engineering related works
3-5 years of working experience in Building Construction Industry
Good knowledge of Data Centre operations/ equipment
Self-motivated and meticulous
Hardworking and independant
Good interpersonal and communication skills
