Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. (Work closely with designers, drafters, and related personnel to ensure coordinated design).
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress & attend site meeting when necessary.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using industry specific software tools such as CAD software for design and other technical analysis tools.
• Adept in creating 3D architectural model for lighting simulation and rendering for lighting projects using Dialux/Relux/SketchUp will be a plus
• Work closely with designers, drafters, and related personnel to ensure coordinated design.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Sound knowledge and proven track record in technical hotel systems/smart home/ELV/control system will be preferred.
• Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
• High level of initiative and integrity, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Remuneration
MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
