This position reports to:

Senior Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Creating Class I, II and III drawings.
  • Creating single line arrangements, elementary, control and protection diagrams
  • Creating Bills of Materials.
  • Selecting adequate Electrical Equipment.
  • Assisting customer on product related questions/comments.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (desirable), electro-mechanical engineer, control or automation engineer, mechanical-electrician engineer or similar.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in electrical design focused in Electrical Equipment, Protection and Control knowledge.
  • E-plan, AutoCAD electrical or similar electrical design system proficiency
  • SAP or similar ERP Proficiency
  • Mid - Advanced English
