Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision.
  • Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution.
  • Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality.
  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Diploma / 2-year technical degree with minimum 6 years of relevant field experience
  • OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Experience:
  • Exposure to field execution, system implementation, or maintenance activities
  • Basic understanding of system integration and configuration

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic technical knowledge of systems installation and commissioning
  • Understanding of system integration and field operations
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in field environments and handle site challenges
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel for site assignments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HVAC / BMS / Fire / Security systems (if applicable)
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Exposure to O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities
