Overall implementation & completion of construction projects within schedule cost, time & quality

Core responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program
- Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
- Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager
- Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager
- Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time
Job Specifications- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Civil Engineering / Structural experience in related fields
- A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels
