We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Merchant Engineering team in Central Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing engineering projects, providing technical expertise and delivering high-quality solutions for industrial gas applications. The role supports both standard and customised projects across the region, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

As the Project Engineer, you will:

  • Manage major and minor engineering projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and company standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support the preparation of project proposals and solutions
  • Coordinate project activities, including supervision of technicians, field engineers, and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable legislation
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, operations, procurement and commercial stakeholders
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers throughout project lifecycle to ensure quality, cost and schedule expectations are met

As the Project Engineer, you already are or have:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Graduate Engineer level preferred)
  • Experience in project engineering, ideally in industrial or technical environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of project management and engineering processes
  • Familiarity with IT tools and standard office applications
  • Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken)
