Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project management in handling tasks related to the execution of HVAC and chiller projects.
  • Monitor the progress of HVAC and chiller projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper resource allocation for HVAC and chiller projects.
  • Manage project-related documents, such as contracts and change orders, for HVAC and chiller projects.
  • Handle financial matters related to HVAC and chiller projects, such as accounts payable and invoices.
  • Assist in resolving issues during the execution of HVAC and chiller projects, including internal & external coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Prior experience in HVAC and chiller project management is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
  • EHS licenses is a plus.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical -Engineering, or Construction Management, or an associate’s degree with equivalent work-related experience, if you are a member of ASHARE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) would be a plus
  • Minimum of 8 year of direct project management experience in HVAC and chiller projects. Management experience with mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security management systems is desired.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel will vary based on project assignment.
