Carry out software installation, configuration of the laboratory systems, integration of the software into the laboratory workflow (mapping of the daily routine), implementation of LIS implementation projects. You are an expert in your field. If you work on assignments, projects or are otherwise involved in work for our customers, see yourself as a contact person for our customers.
Responsibilities
Work with the project manager (in the case of a project), or with the customer services manager, and follow his guidance and planning.
Make proposals and identify technical risks, which you communicate to the project manager.
Prepare your actions, as well as relevant documents, if applicable.
Ensure that your work is properly and promptly documented in MIA. This applies to aftersales tasks as well as to projects. This also includes the timely recording of your working hours.
Deliver the project tasks assigned to you according to the project plan and budget to the satisfaction of our customers whilst continuously improving the delivery of projects, utilizing automation and AI technology.
Take full responsibility for all technical aspects of the tasks assigned to you.
Keep the project manager constantly informed (directly in context) about the status of the tasks assigned to you.
Demonstrate flexibility and undertake business trips to our clients to support them on-site with project implementation.
Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects.
Carry out customer training Internal and external interface between e.g. customer and development department.
Organisation and implementation of handovers (internal and external) in the context of project implementation.
Carrying out update and upgrade projects.
Supporting the support department as needed, coordinating with the Customer Services Manager
Supporting the sales department in the preparation of quotations under the coordination of the Customer Services Manager or a project manager
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor Degree or equivalent Alternatively IT Technical training and experience in medical laboratory processes.
Experience in the implementation of laboratory information systems.
Experience with laboratory processes and organisation
Knowledge of common IT applications Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Healthcare communication standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE … Operating systems, networking, virtualization
Fluency in Dutch, French and English
This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
