Responsibilities: Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and sub-contractors and to establish rolling program. Co-ordinate meetings, daily briefings, pre-empt problems at site. Check all installation drawings, specifications and prepare relevant schedule. Prepare cost estimation, budget, progress claim, control and check sub-contractor's progress claim. Monitor and supervise work progression and ensure that safety regulation is observed. Perform and supervise testing and commissioning at work site.
Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction mechanical engineering industry. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Possess good time management, strong planning, orginisational and supervision skills.
