It is a rare opportunity to join Seymour Whyte on a technically challenging, high-profile project with major civil, structural, hydraulic and dam safety interfaces, and real long-term community impact.

  • Oversee project forecasting, cost control, productivity tracking and reporting to support commercial outcomes
  • Prepare, review and maintain project documentation including SWMS and ITPs
  • Mentor and develop engineers while contributing to site meetings, pre-starts and toolbox talks to foster a high-performing project team

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects with structures experience
  • Thorough understanding of client specifications, quality requirements and the development of ITPs
  • Experience administering head contracts and subcontract agreements
  • Exposure to contractual claims, variations and project cost management
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and stakeholder management

We have a range of benefits available for our employee:
