Your Job

In this role, you will lead new project introduction activities from initial launch through mass production. You will coordinate manufacturing processes, documentation, engineering changes, validation, and cross-functional problem solving to improve productivity, quality stability, and customer satisfaction.

Our Team

You will be part of the Program Management and Engineering organization, partnering closely with MIE, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, S/MQE, suppliers, and customer teams. The team supports successful program launches, robust manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead the introduction of new projects and oversee project-related and production-process activities from launch through mass production.
• Collaborate with the MIE team to design and develop assembly process routes.
• Prepare new-project documentation, including BOMs, label and barcode systems, production control systems, PFMEA, work instructions, process flow documents, and related production documents.
• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of engineering changes.
• Participate in customer verification and acceptance of new-project production lines, including trial builds, material and document tracking, coordination of trial-production schedules, preparation of trial reports, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead evaluation, verification, and reporting activities for new products or processes during the DV and PV stages.
• Support mass production by optimizing production lines, manufacturing processes, and workflows for existing product families to improve efficiency and quality stability.
• Capture lessons learned from final-assembly processes by integrating internal and external feedback; design and modify assembly and inspection tooling based on new process requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement for manufacturing processes, regularly review PFMEA documentation, and maintain the relevant database.
• Coordinate Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other functions to resolve production abnormalities quickly, improve efficiency, reduce quality risks, and minimize production waste.
• Assist S/MQE with managing sub-supplier manufacturing processes and improvement priorities in line with process requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in project management or new product introduction within an electronics or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain customer relationships and manage project timelines, teams, coordination, and communication.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, lean manufacturing processes, and industrial engineering principles.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 requirements, with awareness of personal safety and protective requirements.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience supporting customer validation, DV/PV activities, engineering changes, or new production-line acceptance.
• Experience with BOMs, barcode or labeling systems, production control systems, assembly tooling, and inspection fixtures.
