You’ll make a difference in:

• Project Management: Manage electrical projects with a focus on Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgears, including Control Relay Panels (CRP), SCADA, RTU, HMI, DC systems, and other related equipment.
• Project Delivery and Financial Management: Oversee the supply, design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of projects while ensuring profitability by meeting revenue targets and maintaining positive cash flow.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders including vendors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
• Risk and Quality Control: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring that deliverables meet the highest quality and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, schedules, technical documentation, drawings, and other related documents for client approval and internal use.
• Global Travel and Commitment: Willingness to travel locally and globally to client sites, factories, and vendors, and work extra hours when needed to meet project deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with established safety standards and requirements.

Your success is grounded in:

• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, primarily focused on electrical projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with CT calculations, AC/DC load, and heat dissipation calculations; AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel locally and globally to Siemens vendors, factories, client premises, and project sites as required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours to complete project tasks when necessary.
• Safety Oversight: Capability to oversee, evaluate, and ensure compliance with site safety standards and requirements.
• Mobility: Possession of own transport and the readiness to travel as needed.
