Job Title: Project Engineer - Civil Construction (GCC Experience Required)

We specialize in high rise construction projects and have a proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in high rise buildings.

Job Overview:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of high rise projects in the GCC region. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within the specified timelines and budget. Your role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the planning, design, and construction of high rise projects in the GCC region
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with project manager, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Manage and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure timely completion of projects within the specified budget and quality standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on high rise buildings
• GCC experience is mandatory
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high rise projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
