За позицијата:

Координнација на иницирање, планирање, контрола и надгледување на конкретни проекти, обезбедувајќи конзистентност со стратегијата, обврските и целите на компанијата.

Главни одговорности

• Водење на проектот од неговиот почеток до завршување на истиот
• Планирање, координирање, контрола и следење на опсегот на проектот, трошоците, времето, ресурсите и квалитетот
• Подготовка и следење на активностите за реализација на проектот, како и обезбедување ефикасни контроли за да се постигнат договорените клучни датуми
• Имплементација на проектот во согласност со сите компаниски процедури
• Следење и контрола на трошоците на проектот
• Управување со ресурсите потребни за успешна реализација на проектот
• Идентификација на потенцијални проблеми и ризици кои може да имаат влијание на критичната патека на реализација на проектот или неговото комплетно завршување и предлагање на решенија или план за намалување на ризиците
• Соработка со членови на тимот од сите оддели и сектори како би ги утврдил сите барања кои се однесуваат на процедурите на проектот
• Комуникација со колеги од различно хиерархиско ниво и различни држави
• Активно учество во сите проекти за имплементација на Lean алатките
• Извршување на задачите во согласност со ISO 9001 системот за квалитет на документација (Прирачник за квалитет, процедури и инстркуции)
• Дополнителни задачи по потреба.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инженер или сродно образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност - најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство, работа со MS Project, обуки од областа на проектен менаџмент.

For the position:

Coordination of initiating, planning, controlling and supervising specific projects, ensuring consistency with the company's strategy, responsibilities and goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading the project from the beginning to its completion
• Planning, coordinating, controlling and monitoring project scope, cost, time, resources and quality
• Preparation and monitoring of project implementation activities, as well as providing effective controls to achieve agreed key dates
• Implementation of the project in accordance with all company procedures
• Monitoring and control of project costs
• Management of resources needed for successful project implementation
• Identification of potential problems and risks that may have an impact on the critical path of project implementation or its complete completion and proposing solutions or risk reduction plan
• Collaborate with team members from all departments and sectors to determine all requirements related to project procedures
• Communication with colleagues from different hierarchical levels and different countries
• Active participation in all projects for implementation of Lean tools
• Execution of tasks in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system documentation (Quality Manual, procedures and instructions)
• Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements: Mechanical engineer or related education. Knowledge of Macedonian language - required. Knowledge of English - required.

Advantage - at least 1 year of similar work experience, work with MS Project, trainings in the field of project management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Graduated mechanical engineer or related education; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Advantage – min 1 year related work experience.
