We’re Hiring: Project Engineers (Concrete Construction)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the center of project execution—partnering with operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on every job. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project setup, buyout, and cost tracking
• Monitoring job quantities, progress, and production performance
• Tracking materials, equipment, and manpower productivity
• Assisting with scheduling, sequencing, and cost reporting
• Managing invoices, change orders, and extra work tickets
• Coordinating with General Contractors, Owners, and internal teams
• Ensuring safety and quality compliance across all project activities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (based on experience & location)
• Discretionary Bonus based on performance

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineer recommended.
• Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
