Your next Opportunity:

Boral Asphalt have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Carrington, NSW. Your primary focus in this role will be to effectively manage and coordinate asphalt projects, ensuring works are delivered safely and that Boral meets performance expectations.

Your day will involve:

  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities to meet project milestones
  • Liaising and working closely with senior engineers and site personnel to deliver performance
  • Effectively apply terms of the contract in maximizing value
  • Monitoring of supplier & subcontractor performance
  • Liaising with and managing clients

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in civil engineering roles
  • Proven leadership in health and safety
  • Contractor management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people
  • Personal drive and results-orientation
