Summary:
Support the successful execution of commercial construction projects by coordinating documentation, subcontractors, schedules, and project communications while assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent from project startup through closeout.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, and closeout materials.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to track schedules, procurement, deliverables, and project progress.
Assist with change orders, pay applications, cost tracking, and maintaining project logs and budgets.
Support field operations by conducting jobsite visits, coordinating inspections, tracking punch lists, and helping resolve project issues.
Attend project meetings, communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and compliant with contract requirements.
