How you’ll make an impact
Lead manufacturing projects from planning through execution and delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
Oversee equipment installation and support production line start-ups
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost
Partner with teams to implement automation and technology solutions
Resolve manufacturing and quality issues, driving corrective actions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Experience in manufacturing project management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
