For Project Engineering services in the Capital Projects area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managingcapital projects in the pharmaceutical industry, experience with manufacturing, packaging processes, and equipment.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Support technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests.
  • Liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Support technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests.​​​​​
• Liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Develop and implement change control procedures to manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Review and approve change requests, ensuring they are justified and aligned with project objectives.
