  • Share project updates, progress, and challenges with project collaborators, including senior management, operations teams, and external participants

  • Establish and nurture connections with project collaborators to guarantee project success and discover areas for enhancement

  • Formulate and carry out improvements to processes, covering the development and deployment of new equipment and procedures

  • Guarantee that all projects are finished in accordance with regulatory standards, encompassing cGMP and ISO 9001

  • Work together with quality teams to guarantee that all projects adhere to quality standards and requirements.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated ability in project management, engineering, or a related industry, emphasizing equipment and procedures

  • Proficiency in leading CAPEX undertakings, covering budget management, scheduling, and resource coordination

  • Skilled in project management, involving budget control, scheduling, and resource planning

  • Proficiency in packing machinery and procedures, encompassing design, functionality, and upkeep

  • Excellent communication and collaborator coordination skills
