Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department
To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution
Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner
Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers
Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers
Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base
Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination
Help meet department’s financial goals by recommending upgrades/spares to customers as deemed necessary
Help meet department’s productivity targets by reducing costs and improve productivity.
