Your Key Responsibilities

1. Project management

2. Resource and budget planning for project implementation (internal and external)

3. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project progress using appropriate indicators (time, cost, quality, etc.).

4. Development and implementation of necessary measures to ensure the achievement of objectives

5. Project risk planning and management

6. Ongoing communication and support to all stakeholders (production, product management, sales and customers for customer specific products)

7. Establishment and expansion of product portfolio

8. Support product management in the development of product line roadmaps and project plans.

9. Initiate and manage development projects

10. Contact person for issues related to the product portfolio or product line, as well as issues from production, product management and other stakeholders

11. Technical coordination with various departments in problem solving and in the day-to-day operational business

12. Optimize the product portfolio by planning, documenting and implementing Design for Cost, Design for Manufacturing and Out-of-Cost projects

13. Provide support for

a) Contracts in patent subject matter and portfolio environments

b) Creation and distribution of marketing, engineering and testing requirements and technical concepts for product development

c) Preparation of reports and statistics

d) Preparation of calculations, offers and business plans

e)Further development of technologies and product ranges

14. Continuous improvement of organizational processes and development of standards for quality and productivity improvement

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical/electrical automation or other related fields.

2. Familiar with product development, product creation process and product lifecycle management.

3. 5 years above experience as a project/program manager in an R&D organization, and must have experience in developing mechanical and electrical products.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, collaboration software, requirements management software (e.g. Polarion).

5. Proficient in English

6. Active in learning new technologies, processes and software.

7. Good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, creative, able to lead a team in an international environment
