Technical Expertise • Solid understanding of machining processes (mandatory). Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach. • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and development, including man-aging long sales cycles. • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships. • Skilled in business case development, risk analysis, and contract negotiation. • Outstanding presentation and persuasion skills. Personal Attributes • Highly reliable, results-driven, and proactive in driving change. • Comfortable working in project-based environments and thinking creatively. • Organized, committed, and target-oriented in execution. Additional Requirements • Experience in international business environments; • Willingness to travel as required.
