We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to be responsible for all technical aspects on projects from design to execution stage, fulfilling suitable technical, time and budget deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering on systems and standard plant equipment to ensure a well-engineered efficient water treatment system including process designs and calculations.
• Overall responsibility for the generation and control of project engineering documents
• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Technical alignment of bids and equipment
• Define plant layout and installation requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in mechanical or chemical engineering
• Experience with key process equipment, pumps, vessels, tanks etc
• Water treatment technology knowledge would be great
• Experience with MS office applications
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

Requirements

• Technical qualification in mechanical or chemical engineering

• Experience with Autocad and engineering templates
• Experience with specification and technical alignment of process equipment
• Industrial project experience within a team
• Ability to manage technical aspects of projects to meet time and budget deliverables

• Ability to develop control philosophy and plant operation strategies
• Ensures accuracy in designs, documentation and compliance
• Ability to maintain and update engineering documentation
