KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the project lead / project manager to manage and ensure successful completion of project(s) within the schedule time, cost and quality.
Assist the project lead / project manager to resolve contract related matters for project delivery and closure.
Assist the project lead / project manager to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved methodologies and procedures.
Maintain and manage project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
Attend progress/ad-hoc meetings with client and contractors and manage progress updates to the client on weekly and monthly basis.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and senior management.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor/master’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized and reputable university.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and resourceful.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to accept project-based employment.
Willing to be assigned in Manila.
