Job Description

1. Oversee Molding new project activities.
2. Liaise and deliver Customers' business requirements, products specifications, qualification, trial and delivery expectation for new models.
3. Co-ordinate internal resources to meet Customers' expectations on project plan.
4. Reviews and manage program plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
5. Maintain close and good relationship with existing customer & develop new market opening & grow business with existing customer.
6. Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues especially new project.
7. Responsible for management of customer satisfaction and related reviews and corrective actions.
8. Authorize to sign MRB Form.
9. Authorize to discuss with customer for project plan, equipment/resources to ensure the new project launching successfully.
10. Implementing and maintaining quality management system in line with ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 standard
    

Job Requirements:

1. Education: minimum Degree holder in any related field.
2. Experience and Skill: minimum 3-5 years working experience and project management skill.
3. Meeting the company common goal and mission.
