Facilitate the project management process across the organization for highly complex and high‑impact projects. Develop robust planning and control processes to ensure project implementation on time, within scope, and within budget.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree is desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical field and in positions of a similar nature, or 4 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Advanced Experience:
Demonstrated experience in complex business environments. Positions at this level require fully qualified professionals performing advanced‑level responsibilities.

of Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, lead, optimize, validate, and implement the introduction of new products and new manufacturing processes in the plant, in accordance with quality requirements and guidelines established by FDA and ISO regulations. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, and within the defined scope by applying best practices in project management.
Manage and lead the resources of the NPI Engineering area by coaching and monitoring NPI Engineers II and technicians using tools such as one‑on‑one meetings and performance evaluations. Ensure alignment with the strategic objectives established by the organization and the corresponding goals of the NPI Engineering area.
Lead the implementation and validation of significant changes in the production process by coordinating with internal and external groups to ensure proper execution in accordance with the current Quality System.
Manage projects to ensure that objectives related to schedule, budget, and scope are achieved.
Lead complex problem‑solving teams by collaborating across the organization, planning activities, and providing technical support to address problems effectively.
Lead the design, implementation, and validation of fixtures, tools, or specialized equipment required for successful changes in production processes and/or products
